We ship orders via Thai Post using the economical ePacket for small items under 2kg and the EMS express service for orders over 2 kg, both services are fully tracked. All parts are carefully packed with bubble wrap in heavy-duty boxes designed to protect against impact damage during transit.

1. Delivery Timelines and Estimates: We ship Direct from Thailand via Thailand Post to offer the best balance of speed and cost. Your delivery timeline depends on the shipping tier selected at checkout

• Standard International shipping (ePacket) 7-14 days to major global destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and East Asia)
• Priority Express shipping (EMS) 3-7 business days worldwide. This option features priority air transit and signature upon delivery.

Please Note: Transit times do not include local customs processing times in your destination country, which can occasionally add minor delays.

2. Packaging and part protection: Once your order is processed and dropped off to the sorting facility (usually within 1-2 days), you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number.

• Initial tracking: You can track the package across international borders via the Thailand Post network.
• Final delivery Tracking: Once the package enters your country, the exact same tracking number will update on your local postal carrier's system (e.g. USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Australia Post in Australia etc).

3. Customs, Duties, and Import taxes

• Import Taxes: International Orders may be subject to import duties , VAT, or local customs taxes set by your home country. These fees are the responsibility of the buy, but we do try the keep to keep them to the minimum allowable, contact us by email if you have concerns.
• Customs Declarations: WE include accurate CN22/CN23 legal declarations and the correct 6-digit Harmonized Tarriff (HS) codes on all packages to ensure your parts pass smoothly through your country's automotive customs checks without unexpected delays.

4. Address Accuracy: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Because motorcycle parts are high-value exports, we cannot reroute packages once they clear airport customs in Thailand.
